The hotel ads say there's a shuttle from the airport/train station. The staff tries to (over)charge you for everything, the free shuttle that's supposed to pick you up and drop you off at 15 minute intervals to the train station to get to the city entre stranded us two nights in a row. After the first night we complained to the staff and were reassured that it was a mistake, but the next night, sure enough, no van. So we were stuck by some random bus stop in the middle of nowhere, without speaking the language, at night, with no stores in the area to purchase a phone card from (the one i had on me wasn't working at the station for whatever reason). We were NOT happy. As a woman, I totally wouldn't step foot in the pool or "gym", and the male staff gawks at you if you even go onto the pool/gym floor (i.e. the basement). It looks like a men's club. The bar was amazingly over-priced, the room was dirty and workmen were working on the building next door about 15 feet from our hotel window. My husband's phone charger literally exploded when he tried to use it - he used the same converter we'd used in 3 prior countries w/no problems. For the same price we could have stayed right in the city centre. The breakfast was decent and the internet worked, even if it cost a fortune. I felt like I needed a shower when we checked out.

Nowhere near a 4 star hotel. Competes for the worst service i've had. They tried to charge me double what I was quoted at lastminute and I had to go print out my confirmation on their computers, after paying to use the internet, to show them they were wrong. They still tacked on multiple extra charges beyond what I was quoted by lastminute.com that were completely unreasonable, which I argued, but you cant get too far because they pretend or can't speak english well. If you pay to get into the pool be ready to pay extra for the hot tub, extra for the sauna etc.
